About

Our Story
In 2015 I was hosting a Morrocan-themed event and wanted to include authentic regional decor. My mission to find vintage lanterns and other items led me to antique shops and obscure businesses across the United States. Additionally, due to a childhood of tight budgets and hand-me-downs, my closet was filled with unique items, including a yellow submarine tee and leather skirt from Soviet-era Poland that I still have today.
However, when I was pregnant with our first baby, my husband and I found ourselves with significant financial constraints. We turned to reselling as an additional source of income. But it became about more than just making ends meet; it was about sharing our love for uncommon items with others. After our daughter was born, we started including creative and sustainable baby things in our searches as well.
Over the years, a mission to source authentic party decor and save money developed into what you see today; a carefully curated collection of secondhand, vintage, and small-shop-made items that make everyday life a bit more special.
